Hiya

Some render has blown at the front of my house - I've chipped it all out and its approx a 40x40cm area. I'm not down to the brick but a solid scratched/etched surface. although its an inch an half of render i've taken off. Will i need to prime it before adding OCR?
I want to get this done before the weather turns - so hoping for next week!
