I have to render my new block built extension,i will fit bellcast bead just above the DPC. Is there a bead to use where the render finishes at the top ,if so should i fit this before i fit facia and guttering so as to overhang the render or should i fit the facia before rendering.

will there be a soffit overhang fitted to the rafter/joist ends?

Its a flat roof,i will fit pvc facia to the ends of the joists and my guttering to the facia.I wanted to know if i should render first and then make sure the facia is overhanging the render

I would render first, passed where the bottom of the fascia will be and then fitt the fascia so it covers the render.
