You should have had 4:1 with w/p in the scratch then 5:1:1 without w/p in the final coat.
If your wall does not need waterproofing, then don't worry about it - just make the second coat a bit weaker than the first.
Lime is not supposed to be added to waterproofer and vice versa, but if you are not worried about water proofing the wall, then just make the mix workable with the above in mind.
