Rendering of a house

Hi all,

Does anybody have any ideas on rendering costs for a traditional 3 bed semi. Old render would have to be taken off as well. Im after two costs ;

1. Just the re-rendering of the front of the house.
2. The re-rendering of the whole house.

K-rend....front back gable 4apt= 2600.

Front only=800.

Not including stripping off existing.

You'll need a primer coat first and scaffold. More like 3k full house and 1.4k front you got scaffold mats skip and labour soo it's not cheap but we have the option to spray it or hand apply it soo it go's on time ect
