Hi - I've had a quote to remove plastering on three walls of a kitchen, to put up 12mm plasterboard and studwall (one wall), to apply waterproof rendering (two coats) on two outside walls, and to skim all three walls. The quote, including materials is £1,350. Could anyone advise me whether this is a reasonable price. The room is around 14ft by 9ft. The estimate is for three days work. Many thanks!
