Hi, can anyone help by giving me a rough price to dry render a two bedroom detached cottage plus replace four air bricks no scaffold require and all old render has been removed. I know this is difficult to price without seeing the house, I am in central Scotland.

I am getting quotes of more than that, can anyone recommend a good rough caster in the West Lothian area.
I'm in Bathgate at the moment, i can have a look if you are close enough.
