Renovating this porch

Not sure what these are called but I am referring to it as the porch.

It currently looks knackered and I wanted some suggestions on how they should be renewed. The wood along the side and top is rotten and the pole has flaking paint and rust.

I was thinking about new OSB board and rubber roof with PVC fascia’s wrapped around.

Would really appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

I'd go the extra mile and graft in a branch into that nearby down-pipe and adorn it with some new gutter. Christmas after all.
