Just ripped out the kitchen diner - 7.6m x 3.8m.
Prev had carpet one half and vinyl flooring off a roll on the Kitchen end.
Want to do away with carpet due to high traffic area and resulting wear/stains.
Tiling 30m sq with good quality ones + fitting is much more than the budget.
I have fitted laminate in my own property - kids rooms, and am happy to do it myself however.... worried about wear and tear again?
Any other ideas / advice / options i should look into?
