Hi guys.
This is my first post so be gentile. I think I am using the right words (render and flashing ?).
I live in an end terrace 3 story town house in Kent, UK and it appears that the end wall is double skinned and it the top of this double skin that is the problem.It is was covered with a flashing and then rendered in a slant but this has over the years worn or fallen away.
I wish to repair this myself so any help is gratefully received.
The below pics were taken looking down to the damaged edge. The black is what left of the old flashing.
BTW I have a car port being fitted next week so its gonna be done this weekend.
On the left is the sloped rendering (right word ?) I wish to repair / renew.
