Any ideas on the following are appreciated.
A residential property with a basement has an outside access way to the basement at the front of the property via a staircase downwards from the front drive way / front garden. At the bottom of the staircase there's an open area / lightwell. To one side (the front garden side), there's a retaining wall from front garden level down to the lightwell floor level. The retaining wall is about 6 ft high.
The top of the retaining wall is cracking and bulging.
What steps would be taken to repair the retaining wall? Thank you.
