repair of concrete posts

I have just put up a new fence along side my driveway using concrete posts.whilst fixing back on my driveway gates i drilled into the post in which caused damage to the front of the post which is now broke off and spalled at the place were i'v drilled.Is there any way i can repair this unsightly post?Any help would be appreciated!

change the post?
imagine you were a fence contractor and you did that, what would your client want, repair or new post ?

how big an area is damaged, and are the posts quite white in colour
