Myself and neighbour are errecting a small fence (gravel boards and posts) along the side of my driveway on the boundary and are at the halfway point where I would like a gate of some sort. I have no idea at all about what sort of gate post you are supposed to use (timber, iron etc). We have ended this part of the fence with a 4ft endpost and would like to continue the fence after the gate post is installed in the middle (flush ideally) - the drive measures 100 inches in width.
Any ideas or advice much appreciated, thanks
