Newcomer to this forum.......my drive is looking very tired and the edges are starting to crumble with weeds getting some strong hold....I intend to get block paving sometime in the next 2 or 3 years when finances allow....so looking for a short term fix.... it's also quite big (haven't measured but I'm guessing 175m2) so looking for something cost effective for a red tarmac drive ?

Is it possible to get some repair material that you can just "pour" over the tarmac which will help bind the loose parts / fill in the cracks where the weeds are getting their hold ? Something like a clear epoxy resin or similar ? As mentioned, just trying to get 2 or 3 years more life for it. Main problems are around the edges so not primarily load bearing.
