We have recently moved (1930's semi) and the lounge door never really hung properly. I took the door off and the wood at the bottom hinge literally crumbled to bits leaving a large hole right down to the brickwork 2-3" in depth in places.

The frame at the top and middle hinge looks fine - my question is, how on earth do I go about sorting this mess out?

Tidy it up and glue some wood in, wood filler? I'd rather not splash out on a completely new frame, but then it does look pretty nackard.
