Hi there,

We have a Velux window in our attic. The top bar of the window won't close. On closer inspection the frame of the window is bent and doesn't match up with the windrow frame. The window is quite an old code number.

I'm wondering if anyone thinks it would be possible to repair, either by repairing the window or replacing the window but keeping the current frame in place.

Otherwise, prices I've been quoted for a new window plus installation are fairly expensive - around £1500.

Many thanks for your help
