We have a water tank on the roof of our house. Recently we have had leaks into our bathroom when there has been heavy rain. I thought at first it was a problem with the flat roof, but on closer insepction it appears that it is a result of the covering to the water tank having deteriorated. Hopefully these pics will make sense. Can anyone recommend a cost-effective solution, or will I need to get a professional in turn to repair it?
