I have found exact replacement hinges (115mm Avocet butt) to replace the hinges on our porch double glazed door which has two snapped hinges. The problem I have is that most of the screws that hold the hinges on the door side have snapped off (i.e. no heads).
I think I have two options:
1) Keep the hinge position but somehow drill out the screws (is this even possible...)
2) Reposition the hinges in fresh metal

The second option seems most realistic, however I have do not know if the construction of the door (or frame for that matter) limits where you can position the hinges.

Any advice\suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance James
