Replace drain channel block drive

Hi Folks,

Might sound a bit strange but I am planning on replacing a section of drain channel on my block paved drive as it's snapped on the edge. I suspect something has hit it at some stage.

Should these just pull up vertically? Do I run the risk of upsetting the block pavers around it?

It should be on concrete and the blocks either side could be on it too.
