Replace glazing unit with better unit?

I have relatively new double glazing (less than 10 years?), but the panels are not argon filled or coated.

Can I simply replace the existing units with 'A' rated units? Or does it involve ripping the whole frame out as well?

Also what sort of improvement will I get with A rated units?

you should be able to get new units made to fit the existing frames..
