My sender unit has given up the ghost - screen blank for no reason or flashing to say I haven't set the date etc. I used to be able to reset it but now it's just going blank during the night and then we have no early-morning heating until I get up and put it to 'manual'. Anyhow, the receiver unit near the boiler is fine (I assume) so can I just buy a replacement sender and pair it with my existing receiver? Or do I need to buy both parts?
