Replace microbore rads and pipe with standard copper pipe

I have a microbore system, The boiler fires up ok and the main large pipes all get hot etc The small microbore pipes and rads remain stone cold.
I believe the main large pipes flow into a manifold and then seperate out into microbore pipe. Could i remove these manifolds and the microbore pipes and rads and replace with large bore standard copper pipe and new rads.

Good plan, ditch the microbore.
No need to replace the rads unless they are rusty, just clean them.
