Replaced oven socket resulting in complete power outage

The MCB only isolates the line. The neutral and earth's are still connected.
The RCD can trip if you touch neutral and earth conductors to each other.
The red is an indicator ,just not a " light,"
If you press the yellow test button ,it will change to a different colour.
