Replacement bathroom 'isolator' switch

Want to replace possibly original dryside switches for bathroom and ensuite in 1997 house due to bad overpainting and yellowing plastic. Existing switches are possibly fused double pole like..

Regs and BC wise am I best replacing like with like or is it better to go for 3 pole bathroom isolator? Neither bathroom has switched live AFAIK. Bathroom has dedicated pullcord on extractor and ensuite extractor doesn't run on when lights turned off.

Best replace with the same - with a fuse.

Not much point having 3-pole isolator for 2 poles.
