replacement fire brick in iron arch cast fire

Hello there.
I've got an open fire which we've been burning wood and smokeless fuel in. Its been tested and the flues are working etc....

Unf the fire brick at the back has cracked and disintegrated.

can I ...
1- replace it and if so where can i get a new one ( do i need to cut one to fit)
2- repair it with fire cement

or is it a job for a professional?
