Replacement Garage Roof sheets

Hi all

My 25 years old garage roof has started to leaking and I’m hoping someone can suggest the best way to go about it.
I believe that the existing sheets are fibre cement 3? I am having trouble finding these sheets online. This product now obsolete?

Anyway if some kind sole can suggest where to purchase these sheets or advise on an alternative that would very much be appreciated.
