The heat exchanger as started to leak on my 15 years old Camray Quartet. I've temporarily fixed it with Furnox leak sealer but realise that the boiler will need replacing soon. I'm looking for a similarly sized replacement, 32KW, and this time condensing.

Any suggestions on a replacement would be welcome.

Thanks

Grant Vortex pro 26/36 sounds the perfect boiler for your property!
excellent boilers!

Thanks for the replies. I 've taken a look at the suggested boilers' web sites and noticed that there are several outdoor models available. What is the general view of siting a boiler outdoors, it would appear to be ok if the indoor space is required and there is room outdoors. I suppose that there must be building regs to follow. Thoughts

Just wanted to bring this thread back to the top for opinions on outdoor boilers.
Thanks

installed quite alot of outdoor boilers. mainly grant. no different to indoor boilers really. they just give a better option for installation. as for regs your installer will know them. but no real big difference to indoor installation. seems though my services end up being on a rainy day though. which really pees me off.

We fit Worcester, Grant are probably just as good, wouldn't touch anything else. Slapper suggested Firebird, having been to one on Thursday that was about four years old and leaking from quite a few different places I wouldn't touch them, could have just been a bad one but not a good impression, it was physically quite large compared to the others too
