I have a very old, 40years plus, Danfoss bi metal room thermostat. model number 055F0011? type TH.......detail off inside of cover.
Three wire with i think an "accelertor". Does anyone have a manual showing this unit and wiring diagram.

Want to fit Danfoss TP5000si two wire. is there anything i should look for or check before going ahead with the replacement.........apart from remembering to switch off the power!

Any help would be very welcome

If you do have 3 wires to your existing stat, so that it can use an accelerator, then your 3 wires are mains and neutral and heating load.
You could therefore fit a TP5000MSi which is mains powered rather than the one you specified, which is battery powered.
