My landlord came up with a novel replacement for the Honeywell CMT707 whilst there was a problem batch on the market:
Danfoss TS715si timeswitch wired through a manual stat RET230P.

Can I replace my current timeswitch (Danfoss TS715si) with the Danfoss TP5000si on the same baseplate, set the manual stat (RET230P) to max with the aim to use the TP5000si to do both time and temperature?

Don't want to fiddle with the wiring.

The TS715si is mains, so presumably I'll have to fit the mains version of the 5000, right?
(If there is one.)

Something I hate doing, bumping a topic, but I want to get this done before the cold sets in due to my 'condition'.

The back plate wiring is different between the danfoss ts715 and the tp5000si so you would have to rewire to get it to work.

Best time. she'll be relaxed.

Ooops, too much information!
