any ideas where I might source a 22mm x 15mm compression stopcock - endless hours on the web have revealed nothing - are they still available? The house is 35 years old and the stop cock for the rising main into the outside toolshed / toilet needs replacing after I discovered it was locked solid and ended up having to switch the main off in the road.
for the moment I've put a Stop End onto the rising main but ideally would like to get it all working again.
if they're not available, any ideas on the best plan - a 22mm stop cock plus a 22mm to 15mm reducer maybe? (trouble with that is I'm short of space without a major re-piping exercise)
thanks

If you are stuck would copious amounts of wd40 enable you to take it apart, fit new washer, fibre washer, grease threads and put it back?

Sometimes it works ok and you know its gonna fit!
