I'm thinking of buying one of these to replace a similar one that has broken:

Is this a good make? Worth the £150 or so it will cost?

Also, what level of difficulty will I face fitting the thing? The one I'm replacing is similar but a different make so it won't be a case of re-using the existing holes. I'm a semi-competent DIY-er but certainly no expert.

Hafele is a good make IMO, very robust.

Fitting can be complex, especially for that sort of unit. Give it a try :)

good bits of Kit now
they went through a bad patch around 4 year's ago with a bad set of bearings but that's all sorted out now

The instructions are good and you should have no problem fitting

I have only fitted Cooke & Lewis corner units which work fine. They came with a printed sheet which shows where to drill holes. It does look complex when you first take it out of the box yet simple when it's all in place.
