Hi Everyone,
I am replacing some manual valves with TRV's but the 3/4" female tank connections look like they part of the Rad and not screwed in. Were radiators produced this way?
I have looked on the Web but I cannot find an adaptor for 3/4" male tank to 15mm compression.
Is an adaptor available or is there a trick to doing it or do I need to get a new rad.
Many thanks,
Richard.

Wow that was a fast reply.
Thanks for the extremely helpful advice and the link. :)
I will remove it and have a look.
Cheers,
Rich.

Yes, some plumbers have a tin of spinach before tightening rad tails.

Glad you got it sorted.

The hex key is probably much cheaper at Tool Station!
