I am looking to replace my old Satchwell TLX2259 room thermostat with a Honeywell DT200. I was just wondering if somebody could confirm for me if the honeywell can be used as a replacement for the Stachwell?

Yes.

If the Satchwell has three wires connected, they will be Live, Switched Live and Neutral. The Neutral is not used on the DT200, so it should be made safe. Live connects to terminal A and Switched Live to terminal B on the DT200.
