Satchwell tlx2259 Thermostat opgradeTo Horstmann HRT4 SRT-zw

Hi all, I have a Satchwell tlx2259 room thermostat installed and I am about to replace it with the Horstmann ASR-ZW receiver and c-stat17-zw wireless thermostat.

TheSatchwell tlx2259 is wired up as follows:
Terminal 1 yellow-(N).
Terminal 3 Red (L).
Terminal 4 blue wire.





My understanding is that terminal 1 of Satchwell tlx2259 is the neutra , terminal 3 is the llive , and terminal 4 is (on/ of).

So, I understand that the:

connect terminal :
-1 of Satchwell tlx2259 to (N) terminal of htr4
-3 of Satchwell tlx2259 to (L) terminal of htr4
-4 blu wire of Satchwell tlx2259 to terminal 4 of htr4
and then bridge (L) terminal with terminal 2


Could anyone clarify that my understanding of the above is correct?

The point of wireless thermostats is that you put the receiver near the boiler or wiring centre.
This negates the need for a cable to the thermostat position.

There is no point having a wireless system if you already have a cable to the thermostat position.
