Could anyone give me an idea of a rough cost of replacing a WC and Basin in a cloakroom? I am reckoning that the cost of the WC and Basin will be around £120.00. What would the labour be? The job also involves a small amount of boxing in to the waste and H&C water pipes and also replacing and moving the waste pipe to floor level and drilling in to the existing metal soil stack. There will also be some cutting to the WC soil pipe as the new WC will be a different configuration. I have been quoted £350.00 in total including all materials and labour. Just wondered if this is reasonable........??

    many thanks.
