Replacing bathroom fan

Hi,

In the house I recently moved into, there's a downstairs toilet under the stairs with a fan that doesn't work!

I though it would easiest to just swap the fan with another of the same make/model but can't see to locate one.

All it says on it is TIMER MODEL 4001 and here are a couple of pics. Any ideas what I can replace it with?
