Just replacing the ceiling rose in a bathroom. Presently there is a ceiling rose, but the new light is designed to fit flush with the ceiling. Ideally we wanted to remove the ceiling rose and fit the new light flush against the ceiling. The bathroom is upstairs so I have access to the loft. So I was thinking of using wago connectors to copy the exiting wring using 4 wago connectors (Earth, Loop, Neutral and Switch). Initial thoughts was then to try and squeeze them though the hole into the loft. But I guess they should be boxed in. So looking for recommendation on boxes, or a junction box I can place in the loft. Is there an alternative easier way. Is there something which adapts the ceiling rose base place to accept a flush fitting light? I think the best option is the first longterm but open to suggestion. The flushing fitting light does not appear to have room for the wago connectors in it. So pushing them into the loft with insulation already up there seems the only option I think. I intend to take pictures of the wires, label them before commencing...and understand how they should be connected. Any help would be very much appreciated.

So I could place that box in the loft, have the three wires coming in to the left (Loop In, Loop Out, Switch) Then have the cable out on the right hand side down back into the bathroom........and in the box I have 4 terminals for the Earth, Loop, Neutral and Switch......

Thanks every so much, I guess I could also make it more simple by using Wago 221, or 222 connectors and a Wago 221 or 222 box. Would save time connecting all the wires. But I guess it will depend on the lengths of wires and how they are stripped for the ceiling rose. Using WAGO may be more easier or more hassle. Not sure what lengths I have! WAGO would be alot more expensive too!
