Replacing center frame with window & covering silicone?

Hi, We have just had to take the center panel out of a kitchen door and replace it with a window, however, upon doing this, once grooves for the window was cut and the window was silicone'd in, we found it made quite a mess around the edges of the new center frame which was clearly visible from the inside of the cabinet door.
What would I use to cover it up? and where would I get the materials required?

Wooden glazing beads from B&Q, mitre the corners and pin them in
