hiya,

I'm doing a kithcen on a budget and am looking at a cooker on ebay with a broken glass top.

I'm waiting for them to tell me the model number so i can get a price for a replacement. In the mean time, are they easy to replace? Anyone had any experience of this?

Thanks

D

yes they are easy ,but will cost about 80 /100 depending on make and model also make sure elements are not broken as well.

There are also sensors (thermal limiters) under the ceramic that may be broke.
I would be very careful about buying, without viewing it.

if its the beko in devon , hes sold it once already and quoted 2 diffenant prices on the hob ,
