Replacing CH return valve on Worcester 24CDi

Hi , the pressure keeps droping and have replaced PRV but then found leak on CH isolation valve would this be the cause?

Is it easy to replace?

Yes it could be he cause and providing you have enough access below boiler then not a difficult job.Use new washers.
