I have a Worcester 24cdi combo boiler in my mobile home.
It keeps cutting out and the red light flashing.
Happens on CH and hot water.
If I lower the pressure by twisting red knob underneath, down to just under 1bar it works for a few minutes, until the pressure rises to around 3bar and it stops and red CH or hot water light is flashing fast.
Lowering the pressure and pressing red reset button gets it going again.
Any ideas on what it could be and if there is an easy fix.

Original poster here.
Just tried it again and it cut out when pressure was under 1bar.

1st the pressure shouldnt be getting to 3 bar.

2nd I guess your on bottles? Are they full, do you have a switch over, tried that?

Donno why it gets to 3bar. But does shut down at 1 bar also.

I'm using the small gas bottles. Just one bottle so no switchover, whatever that is. Bottle is half full and has been happening when it was full also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the bottle full, or have plenty in it?

When the bottle gets low, it will drop in pressure and the boiler will cut out.

As regards the system pressure, if it rises to over 3 bar, or near 3 bar, it's likey the pressure vessel is low or shot.

Get someone in who knows what they are doing.

Baring in mind the boiler will cut out if the system pressure is too low.

So you may have two problems or one.
