Hi,
I had some blinds fitted about 8 years and some of the clips have broken away from the arms. I called up Thomas Sanderson (now Hilary's I believe) for some guidance. They refused to help as they said they were out of guarantee (lifetime guarantee anyone?) and the old company doesn't exist. I then said I didn't mind paying and the only advice they could offer was to find a local shutter company. Is it that difficult to fix these? I have four broken ones?
