Hi All

Hoping someone can help,

We have just moved house and the current central heating has a Drayton wiser set up, I am trying to change this to Hive which was at my last place.

Attached is the current wiring can someone advise if I can simply switch to hive as the backplate looks the same.

Worcester greenstar 24ri

Thanks

Do you have a single channel, or dual channel Hive?

If you have dual channel, leave everything as it is and just slot in the new Hive receiver.

If you have a single channel, move the grey wire to terminal 3, and use a short link wire to connect the Live terminal, to terminal 1.

I hope that helps :)

Looking at the wiring, it should be a single channel, but as per @RandomGrinch, if it is the single channel, then a link is required, providing its mains switching.
