Replacing electric hot water tank...

...job for a plumber, a spark, or is it DIYable?

Not sure of the system yet, but a female friend has bought a flat with damp under the tank and has been told by a random plumber that the whole lot needs replacing. Got no time to get round there and have a look in the short term. Pulsacoil 2000 apparently.

The Pulsacoil is a thermal store and not really prone to leaking , the pump isolation valves however leak like buggery so I would be looking there first
