replacing floorboards

I am planning to replace some floorboards that are obviously of a different thickness (probably metric) with floorboards that match the originals which I think are imperial.Can these boards still be purchased?
Or is there an alternative?

go to a wood yard or builders merchants the wood is thicker as standard
compared to wicks bxq ect
