Don't recognise the door, but it looks like pretty standard Bowden cable from the pics. It's easy to find on sale (eg. Amanoz), and would only require moderate metalworking skills to make terminations on the ends (or you could knot it if you don't mind it looking a bit rustic).
If you can measure it's thickness accurately so much the better.
