Replacing Gate Valve

I have a leaking gate valve in my airing cupboard.
The valve is in lower return (?) pipe from the HWC. I have tried nipping this up but made it worse.
Have no problem replacing the valve but my question is how to isolate the valve.

I can see there is another valve downstream before it tees into the 22mm pipe just after the pump so i guess i could turn that off.

There is also valves in the 22mm feed pipe that goes into the HWC again further down around the 3 way valve.

Any ideas?

Turn off mains and drain down.

Then fit full flow lever valve.
