Replacing Honeywell T40 thermostat with Moes BHT-002

Hello,
I am trying to replace my old T40 thermostat with a new digital thermostat.
The T40 has 4 wires: live, neutral, switched live and earth.
The new digital thermostat is the Moes BHT-002c and has 4 inputs, a live, a neutral and 2 labelled as dry contacts.

It it even possible to wire this new thermostat up with those wires and if so how would it be done.

Link 1 and 4 never heard them called dry contacts before, normally called volt free contacts. I assume for under floor heating.

 

[CBW]

L Honeywell to L Moes BHT-002c
N Honeywell to N Moes BHT-002c
Switched Honeywell (usually number 3) to Number 2 dry contact Moes BHT-002c
Link L as Eric says in Moes BHT-002c to Dry Contact number 1
Earth terminal into a connector block as Moes BHT-002c appears to be double insulated
