My present kitchen sink unit is showing signs of wear and I am thinking of replacing it. I would like to replace it with one of identical size so that I would not have to have a new work top which is OK..
The present sink unit I originally bought from MFI and the information I have on it is that it is an AINSWORTH GREEN SINGLE BOWL SINK SIN7150.
Would anyone know where I might purchase a sink unit to replace it?

If you can get your head and a tape measure in the cupboard under the sink you should be able to measure, or at least get a close 'guesstimate' at the size of the cutout in the worktop.

Armed with that and the overall measurements of your existing sink, you should be able to select a replacement that fits your needs. The cutout size is usually listed in the manufacturers' blurb for each sink.
