Replacing a pendant light in a bathroom, the following wires come into the rose from the ceiling above.
3 earth wires connected to an earth screw on the rose.
1 brown wire and 1 blue wire which are connected to the blue and brown of the fitting. (I assume these are the switch wires.)
4 black wires, each fed into a seperate part of the connecting block marked "loop".

The new fitting has only 4 connectors, one each for brown and blue, and earth, and one spare.

How do I deal with the 4 black loop wires (there are no red ones). There is no indication on any of them whether they are live or neutral. ?

one of the black wires is what is known as a switch wire, however you are not allowed to have a pendant light in a bathroom
