I realise that what I am about to say could be to generic etc.

I recently was told that our lighting wiring is way out of date. We are required to have a new consumer unit fitted, the current single lighting circuit split into two meaning that all lighting will need re done. This could be a simple case of leaving cable to wall lights and switches or it could mean stripping them out completely. We are alo have exterior lights added front and back and a conservatory having an additional 3 power sockets and a light fitting.

Its 2 bedroom mid terrace to give an idea of size. we're chaging a bedroom from one pendulum, to two, a two way switch from hallway to landing and a light rewired in the loft.

Can anyone just from that info give a rough idea of price.
